Ultra thin wall construction is the point of this needle: for a given 31G outer diameter the internal bore is wider than a conventional wall, which lowers the force needed at the plunger during repeated mesotherapy passes. Over a long session that difference is felt in the hand rather than measured on paper.
The 12mm length places it at the longer end of the mesotherapy range, suiting work where the practitioner wants reach across a treatment field rather than the very shallow placement a shorter needle gives. Mesbio supplies it for use by trained injectors only.
