Of the Mesbio references made for the U225 mesogun, 31G is the widest bore listed in this range, and at 8 mm the shaft is one of the shorter ones. That pairing matters when the preparation being injected is heavier than a thin saline-based cocktail: a wider lumen puts less resistance in front of the gun, while 8 mm keeps placement shallow.
Supply and construction
Each needle is made in France from surgical steel, with the ultra thin wall specified to work against the dead space that would otherwise waste product. They arrive sterile and single use, blister packed with a Luer Lock fitting and colour-coded tips assembled to ISO standards. Boxes hold 100 units, and the range carries CE 0459 marking, ISO 13485:2016 manufacture and Class IIa medical device status.
Mesotherapy, botulinum toxin dilution and other injection work all run through the same needle family. The remaining lengths sit in the U225 category, with the 33G/0.23 x 4 mm needle covering the most superficial end of the same protocol.
