Ellansé is a polycaprolactone collagen stimulator from AQTIS Medical and Sinclair. PCL microspheres in a carrier gel give immediate volume, then stimulate the patient’s own type I collagen as the carrier resorbs. Duration is engineered through polymer chain length, which is why the range is sold as S, M, L and E variants representing different longevity rather than different gel thicknesses.
