Choosing the 22G bore
Of the cannula gauges Aessoa lists, 22G is the widest we stock, and the reason a clinic orders it is usually the gel going through it rather than the area being treated: a thicker product moves more predictably down a wider shaft. The trade-off is a heavier instrument in the hand, which is why the finer references exist alongside it.
At 50mm this is the shorter of the two 22G lengths, so it is the one to order when the working area is defined and you do not need the extra reach the 70mm buys. Comparing bore against length is the whole exercise here — the 23G x 50mm keeps this length and narrows the bore, the 22G x 70mm keeps this bore and extends the shaft.
Cannulas and gels are listed together in the AESSOA section, so you can match a shaft to a product such as the Aessoa Global with Lidocaine 1ml in one order. Supplied sealed to qualified injectors, shipped worldwide at trade prices.
