Pure is the suffix that separates this 1ML reference from the plain Revanesse listing at the same volume, and the two are ordered as different items.

Volume is identical, so nothing changes in how a unit is stored or how a single-unit appointment is costed. What changes is the reference written on the order and, in practice, where the box sits in the cabinet: a 1ML carton of one is easy to mistake for a 1ML carton of the other halfway through a busy list, so most practices that hold both keep them visibly apart.
