What the S grade is for
Within the Bi-Soft family, S is the light end. It is designed to improve the appearance of superficial lines and wrinkles in the face rather than to fill a deep fold, which is the job of the L references. Most practitioners hold both, keeping the fine grade for detail and the heavier grades for volume and structure.
