It is formulated for superficial lines and wrinkles in thin, sensitive skin, where the first visible signs of ageing tend to appear.
The 0,8ml presentation is the practical difference. Two 0,8ml syringes give enough gel for a session of small, staged corrections without committing a full millilitre to one area, and the four 30G 1/2″ needles supplied in the box cover both sides of the face in a single appointment. Cross-linked hyaluronic acid is stated at 16 mg/g. The 0,3 lidocaine content is what separates this reference from the plain Bi-Soft S 0,8ml sibling: the anaesthetic is already in the gel, so nothing separate is drawn up for a more comfortable injection.
