Fifty millilitres changes how the product is handled. At that size it is dispensed, not sampled, so it belongs on the retail shelf or in the aftercare bag rather than in the consultation drawer. Clinics that also see a lot of dry, tight or reactive skin usually run the dry-skin cream in parallel and decide between the two at the point of handover.
